I recently spent a night at a grand hotel in a fabulous location by the water. The hotel is situated close to many attractions, making it convenient to explore the city. The spacious and luxurious room offered stunning views and was well-equipped. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home. The on-site restaurant provided a first-rate dining experience. Additionally, the hotel had a well-equipped gym and a decent-sized pool, perfect for relaxation. it was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the city.
One downside I experienced was the unhelpful front desk staff. They seemed curt and abrupt, making me question their desire to be in their roles.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on the Amstel river was perfect, with beautiful terraces right on the canal. the hotel offered its own canal cruises, tailored to our preference. The hotel itself was architecturally fine, both inside and out, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were also delighted to discover that this hotel has hosted many famous and royal figures.
Was all great.

Best location in the city, with fine views of the river and easy access to public transport. The hotel also offers a great spa area with a pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. It was a perfect way to relax during the Christmas holidays.
Worst check-in experience, with slow and inefficient staff taking forever to process my credit card. The rooms were also disappointing, with outdated and unappealing decor.

Experiencing true elegance at its finest. The hotel offers a graceful atmosphere, with beautiful common areas and lounges. The suggestion from the concierge to hire a boat and captain for an evening cocktail cruise was an very nice experience. The staff was gracious and accommodating, making our stay nice. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and lovely experience.

The location was perfect, right on the waterfront of the beautiful Amstel canal. I loved sitting on the terrace overlooking the river, enjoying the stunning views. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool and spa for relaxation.
There were some minor issues with certain staff members, which affected the overall experience.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, offered a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. the helpful staff also arranged for my body scrub and massage, making it a convenient and private pampering session.
The halal and kosher food options were limited, and there were no special diet menus available. This left me with fewer choices for my meals at the hotel's restaurant, where the buffet breakfast was commendable.
